Your margin isn’t lost in the accounts you’re watching.

It’s lost in the ones nobody opened this week. Datsutra reads every client account you carry, every day, and brings back only what deserves a person’s time - with the reasoning attached, so it doesn’t have to be your most expensive person.

Free to try. No card. Read-only access to your ad accounts.

Give every account the attention only your best five get.

A strategist can hold about five accounts in their head. The ninth gets opened on Thursday, if nothing is on fire - and “nothing is on fire” is exactly when an account drifts unnoticed. Datsutra reads all of them every night and brings you only the ones that need a decision, so the ninth account gets the same daily read as the first, without another hire against its margin.

Four jobs it takes off your week

01

Monday triage across the whole book

One queue across every client account, ranked by what's at stake - not by which client emailed. The calls it actually makes are the ones that move money: cut wasted spend, scale a winner, bring CPA down, fix delivery. Each one leads with the recommendation and keeps the reasoning one click deep.

Accounts with nothing worth your judgment say so. That's how you know the quiet ones are quiet because they were checked.

02

Delegation your seniors can sign off on

Any decision can carry an owner, a due date and a status - open, in progress, waiting, completed. Because the reasoning travels with the task, a mid-level executive can work an account list that used to need your head of performance standing over it.

Roles mirror your org: admin, manager and marketer views, with reporting lines, so a manager's home is their own line's queue rather than everyone's.

03

The client conversation, already written

Every decision you commit is recorded with the confidence it was made at and the evidence behind it. Datsutra then returns a verdict against a metric snapshot taken before you acted: improved, neutral, worse, or inconclusive.

It includes the calls that didn't work. A retention conversation built on a record that admits misses survives contact with a sceptical client; a deck of green arrows does not.

04

Pitches and audits

Connect a prospective client's account and let it investigate. You arrive at the pitch with the competing explanations for their CPA rise and the evidence weighed for each - instead of reading their own dashboard back to them.

You'll need the prospect's authorisation to connect. Datsutra reads accounts it has been given access to, and nothing else.

Built for a book of clients, not one account with extra tabs

The workspace assumes from the first screen that you carry more than one business, and that they don’t share economics, a budget, or the same definition of a good month.

Connect once, pair many

One authorisation with Google or Meta, then pair as many ad accounts to as many clients as you carry. A client running three ad accounts is still one client account.

Roles and reporting lines

Admin, manager and marketer home views, with a reports-to structure. People see the work that is theirs, and managers see their line's.

A strategy profile per client

Margin, AOV, LTV, sales cycle, constraints and priority KPIs recorded per client, with revision history. Every client is judged on their own economics - not one house benchmark applied to twelve businesses.

Budget pacing per client

Google and Meta budgets tracked per client per month, so overspend is something the queue raises rather than something you find in a reconciliation.

Stable case numbers

Every investigation gets a per-client case number that never renumbers. “Case 14” still means case 14 in a Slack thread three weeks later.

Declared blindness

When a client's data is stale, thin, or missing, it is stated on that client's row - before you say something confident on a status call.

The Client Portal

The half your client sees

Every client asks the same two questions: how is my business doing, and what has my agency been doing about it. Answering them costs you a day a month - exporting from Google and Meta, rebuilding the same deck, writing the commentary, then explaining it again on a call. The portal answers both from work that is already recorded, so the reporting stops being a separate job.

A portal carrying your name

Your client signs in at portal.datsutra.com/your-agency to a space with your logo, your brand colour and your contact details. Datsutra powers it; the relationship stays yours.

They see the work, not the workings

A running timeline of what has been done on their account: optimisations completed, campaign reviews, creative updates, tracking improvements, recommendations implemented. Your cases, signals, evidence and internal reasoning never cross into it.

Reports that are already written

Weekly and monthly reports assemble from the record: business outcomes, goals, completed actions, performance trends and your commentary. Review, approve, publish. Your client views the history and downloads any of it as PDF or CSV.

You control who sees what

You invite your client's people, set their access and revoke it. They see only their own organisation, read-only, and only what you have published - drafts never appear. Nothing in the portal can touch a campaign.

Approval follows the shape of your team, not a fixed process. A freelancer publishes straight from the operational report; an agency routes it through a manager and an admin first.

What it refuses to do with your clients

It won't touch a client's account

Datsutra proposes; a named person on your team commits. It has no authority to change a budget, pause a campaign, or execute anything - which is the only posture that's defensible when the account belongs to someone else.

It won't fill the queue to look busy

On a given day a client may have nothing that deserves a decision. A tool that always finds something is selling you activity, and activity billed as strategy is how retainers get cancelled.

It won't grade itself generously

Verdicts include worse and inconclusive. What your client sees in the portal is what you choose to publish - but the record you work from is never the flattering version, because a tool that grades itself kindly is worth nothing to the person relying on it.

Priced per client account, not per rupee of ad spend

You pay for the accounts you carry. A client’s media budget doubling does not double your bill - which is the arrangement that lets you keep the upside of doing the job well.

Questions, answered straight

What counts as one client account?

One business you manage. Its connected ad accounts - Google and Meta together, and more than one of either - count as a single client account.

I'm a freelancer with three clients. Which line do I take?

One client is ₹4,000. Two is ₹6,000. From the third onwards the Agency tier costs the same ₹8,000 and gives you five, so take the tier - we'd rather tell you that here than have you work it out on your second invoice.

Can different people on my team see different things?

Yes. Members are admins, managers or marketers, with reporting lines. A manager's home view is their own line's work; an admin sees the workspace.

Will it change anything in a client's ad account?

No. It reads, investigates and recommends. Every change is made by a person who chose to make it, which is also what makes the decision record worth anything.

What happens when I take on the sixth client?

Every additional client account is +₹2,000/month on any tier. Past twelve accounts, or with governance requirements, the engagement is scoped rather than listed - see the Enterprise page.
