Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 3, 2026
These terms cover two things: browsing datsutra.com, and using the Datsutra platform at tool.datsutra.com. Sections 1 and 12-16 apply to everyone. Sections 2-11 apply once you create an account.
1. Using this website
You may read, share and link to anything on datsutra.com. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, copy its content to present as your own, or use it to train a model without written permission. The product screens shown on this site are labelled Illustrative: they are accurate representations of the product’s structure with invented client names and invented numbers, and nothing in them is a performance claim.
Nothing on the website is a guarantee of results. Advertising outcomes depend on your offer, your market and your budget, none of which we control.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your credentials private, and for everything done under your account. Tell us at arpit@datsutra.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 18 and, if you are signing up for a company, you must be authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Connected ad accounts
The platform reads data from advertising accounts you connect - today Google Ads and Meta. Three commitments govern that access:
- Read-only. Datsutra requests read scopes. It does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, and it never changes a budget.
- It never spends your money. The platform proposes decisions; a human commits them, in the ad platform. No recommendation is executed automatically.
- You can revoke it. Disconnect from within the platform, or revoke Datsutra’s access from Google or Meta directly, at any time.
You confirm you have the right to connect each account and to let us process the data in it. If you connect a client’s account, you confirm you have their permission.
4. What the platform is - and is not
Datsutra is a decision-support tool. It reads your advertising data, investigates what changed, and recommends what to do, with the evidence and a stated confidence attached. Every recommendation is an opinion formed from the data available at that moment.
It is not financial, legal or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee. Where the data is too thin to conclude, the platform will say so rather than produce a recommendation - and where a platform such as Meta declines to report a figure, we show that it is withheld rather than displaying zero. You remain responsible for every decision you act on.
5. Subscriptions, pricing and billing
- Plans are monthly and are billed in advance. Prices are set in Indian rupees (INR). Amounts displayed in other currencies on this site are conversions for convenience only; your bank converts at its own rate and may add its own fees.
- The free trial begins when you connect a real ad account, not when you sign up. No card is required to start it.
- Founding prices are a time-limited launch offer and are locked for six months from the start of your paid subscription. List price applies after that. This is not a permanent discount and we say so on the pricing page.
- Additional client accounts are charged per account per month at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time you add them.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not refund the current period unless the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A founding price stays locked for the remainder of its six months.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the platform without a written agreement with us
- Reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract its models, prompts or scoring logic
- Connect an ad account you are not authorised to access
- Use it to build a competing product, or to benchmark it publicly without telling us
- Attempt to disrupt the service, or to access another customer's data
7. Your data and ours
You keep ownership of everything you connect or enter: your ad-account data, your commentary, your decisions and their outcomes. We keep ownership of the platform, its interface, its scoring methods and the aggregate, de-identified statistics we derive to improve it - which never identify you, your business or your clients.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how the site uses cookies in our Cookie Policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and its data fresh, and the product tells you plainly when a connection is stale rather than pretending otherwise. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Data freshness also depends on Google and Meta’s APIs, which we do not control; when they are delayed or revoke an authorisation, the platform reports the delay instead of guessing.
9. Beta features
Some features are marked as beta, coming soon, or otherwise pre-release. They may change or be withdrawn, and they are provided without any warranty. Anything labelled Coming soon on this website is not yet available and is not part of what you are paying for.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Datsutra is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost advertising spend or lost data arising from decisions made using the platform. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid after notice. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted or returned in line with the retention section of the Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party services
The platform connects to services we do not operate, including Google Ads and Meta. Their terms govern your relationship with them. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or changes they make to what they report.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Datsutra after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, please write to us - most things are faster to fix by email.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms go to arpit@datsutra.com. We answer from the same address for legal, privacy and support, because there is one of us and pretending otherwise would be theatre.
